Are there any hidden fees?
No. The price shown before checkout is the price you pay, including VAT where it applies. Court fees are paid by you directly to the court and are not included.
Can I edit my notice after paying?
Yes. You can edit and regenerate a Section 8 notice for 30 days after purchase, for example if the service date changes. If the official form changes before you serve, we re-draft it on the new version free.
Do you offer refunds?
Because your document is generated straight away, you'll be asked before paying to agree to immediate supply and to acknowledge that you lose the usual 14-day cancellation right for digital content. If something we produced is wrong because of our error, contact us and we'll fix it or refund you.
