Privacy notice
How ValidNotice collects, uses and protects personal data, and the rights you have under UK data protection law.
Updated 25 October 2026England only
This notice is being finalised before the paid service launches. It describes what the site does today.
What we collect today
- Waitlist emails: if you ask to be told when the builder opens, we keep your email address and which product you were interested in, and use them only to tell you about launch.
- Calculators: they run in your browser. The dates and amounts you type are not sent to us.
- Analytics: we use Microsoft Clarity, without cookies, to see how pages are used: clicks, scrolling and anonymous session replays. Text typed into forms and calculators is masked. Microsoft processes this data for us and may store it outside the UK; see the Microsoft Privacy Statement. We don't use advertising cookies.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it, by emailing help@validnotice.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

This guide explains the law in England as it stood on 25 October 2026. It is general information, not legal advice on your situation. Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland have different rules. See our editorial policy for how we research and check our guides.
